There are still many traces of the Second World War to be found along the Dutch coast. The bunkers, built as part of the Atlantic Wall, are the most prominent of these. On Saturday 30 May 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, the bunkers from Zeeland to the Wadden Islands will be open to the public for Bunkerdag. Naturally, our Cold War bunker will also be open on that day. Once again, an amateur radio operator will be giving demonstrations of Morse code at our bunker.

On Bunkerdag, you will need an admission ticket in the form of a wristband, which is only available on the day itself at participating venues. This wristband grants you access to all venues, provided you wear it visibly on your wrist. The admission price is €7.50 for adults, €4.00 for children aged 4 to 12, and free for children under 3 and veterans (with a valid Veterans’ Pass).
